All 9 year old Ralphie Parker (Peter Billingsley) wants for Christmas is a genuine Red Ryder 200-shot Carbine Action Air Rifle.  His cleverly executive suggestions & actions mirror his want for the rifle but they all seem to fail.  With only a few days before Christmas, Ralphie must convince his parents that he is more than capable of having his dream gift.  A fun family entertainment treat, A Christmas Story is a joy for the holiday season.
