A movie of epic proportions, 300 will amaze you! The lands of many have been taken over by Xerxes (Rodrigo Santoro) and his enormous army.  When the threat of their closeness reaches Sparta, the government of Sparta idealisically beholds that there is no threat of war but of compromise and legislation…..but not all Spartans feel that way.  Lead by King Leonidas (Gerard Butler), 300 Spartans fight in the Battle of Thermopylae to protect their land, their family and their freedom even if it might costs them their lives to do so.
