After a chemistry school assignment, Zora (Mia Long) finds out her mom’s most kept secret….she was artifically inseminated!!!  Destined to find her real father, Zora stumbles on an even bigger secret that not even her mom knew….that her father is white!  Her parents, two people who are more opposite that anything you can imagine, meet for the first time & it just gets crazy from that point on.  Hal (Ted Danson) is a country talkin used cars salesman and Sarah (Whoopie Goldberg) is an owner of an African bookstore.  Can Zora’s new found family get to know each other or will they end up killing each other!  Only this type of excitement can be Made in America
