Bend It Like Beckham

Frances ’Baby’ Houseman (Jennfer Grey) and her family are off to a high-end vacation spot for the summer.  Filled with millionaires of all sorts, Baby becomes a mission for one particular successful coming of age young real estate man.  Baby, however, is more interested in the complete opposite, bad boy dance instructor Johnny Castle (Patrick Swayze).  When Baby volunteers to help out one of the workers at the resort by performing a dance show with Johnny, things really heat up for the two of them but that passion is short lived when Johnny is accused of a crime.  Dirty Dancing is a coming of age story of first love that relates to that old proverb of don’t judge a book by its cover.
